Project role / Director of Photography & Set Designer
This project was developed as a branded video series set in an imaginary courtroom, where Fanis Labropoulos takes on the role of the judge, humorously judging the food choices of people who use delivery services. The concept was built around satire and exaggeration, using the idea of judgment to comment on everyday delivery habits in an entertaining and relatable way.
My role was to fully understand the concept and translate it into a strong visual identity. I concluded that a court-inspired set design, built around a color theme aligned with the brand, would fit the project perfectly. After completing the set design, I also handled the lighting as Director of Photography and completed the final color grading.
My favorite part of the project was implementing the concept into the physical set design, reinforcing the judgmental position of the character and strengthening the overall storytelling of the series.
